About
Amy
Wife, mother, daughter, friend, teammate, confidant, helper, volunteer, dreamer, yogi, Tough Mudder and Warrior Dash participant, part-time 1st grade teacher, full-time cook and housekeeper. Hi there. I'm Amy Taylor and I'm obsessed with true crime podcasts and watching episodes of The Office when I'm trying to chill.
You'll often hear me begin a project by saying, "you know what would be cool?" I believe in giving things a chance, but moving on if I don't get the desired outcome. I'm excited to try new things, and I'm always grateful when a client lets me do just that. There are a ton of ways to share your story, but in a way that is unique to you.
What's the Story with Verso l’Alto?
Verso l’Alto is Italian for "to the heights" and is the unofficial motto of Blessed Pier Giorgio Michelangelo Frassati, a fun-loving, athletic, courageous and devout Catholic born into a prominent Italian family in 1901. He died from polio at the age of 24 on July 4, 1925.
On May 20, 1990, in St. Peter’s Square filled with thousands of people, St. John Paul II beatified Pier Giorgio Frassati, calling him the “Man of the Eight Beatitudes.”
Ever since, he has become the model for lay people throughout the world — myself included. Read his story and follow his journey to sainthood here.
